Joynul Haque

Joynul Haque is a Chartered Certified Accountant with a First Class Honours degree in Accounting and Finance. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of The Impact Facility (TIF), alongside his work as a Fractional Finance Director, providing strategic financial leadership, advice, and guidance across the organisation. He leads the finance function, strengthens governance and financial controls, and plays a central role in shaping and delivering TIF’s growth and expansion strategy.

Joynul operates as a portfolio finance specialist with extensive experience across both the public and private sectors, with a particular interest in health and technology. He has held a range of senior finance positions across diverse organisations, building deep expertise in financial strategy, performance management, governance, and sustainable growth.

Most recently, he worked with a medical company collaborating closely with the UK police force. There, he led an international finance team and was instrumental in shaping and executing the organisation’s financial and growth strategy, enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening compliance frameworks, and supporting expansion across multiple jurisdictions.

Outside of work, Joynul is a keen DIY enthusiast and enjoys staying active. He also volunteers his time, applying his financial and business expertise to support charitable and community focused organisations.
